Become a winemaker for a day and discover the journey of the grape, from our Hunter Valley Vineyard to the glass. You will get the unique chance to harvest grapes then head to the winery as we share the behind-the-scenes winemaking process followed by a hearty Brunch with the harvesters – making you a part of our 2023 vintage crew.

Join our winemaker and harvest team in the cool of the morning to hand harvest our estate-grown grapes. This hands-on vineyard and winery experience enables you to stomp the grapes, conduct a Baumé analysis and
taste the wine at various stages of its making. Afterward, we share a hearty shared plate brunch prepared by chef Jonathan Heath matched with Saddler’s Creek wine.

This event takes place in a working vineyard and winery,
please wear enclosed sturdy shoes, hat and comfortable clothes which can get
dirty. While we are a family friendly winery, this event is not suitable for Children due to machinery and being in a working winery.
