Join us for a relaxed yet special night out as Saddler's Creek Wines teams up with La Boucherie in Baulkham Hills. We're bringing together great Hunter Valley wines with proper French cooking for a memorable evening.

As they say, the kitchen is where the magic happens, and we're excited to invite you to share La Boucherie's kitchen with our Saddler's Creek team. The restaurant brings real French cooking to the Hills, with plenty of Australian influence in the mix.

The talented La Boucherie chefs have put together a fantastic four-course menu, and we've carefully selected wines from our Bluegrass Collection to match each dish. It's a chance to try both our current releases and some special older vintages.

We'll welcome you with a glass of bubbles, then guide you through four delicious courses:

First Course
Tartine a La Provencal (V) - Tomatoes, échalote and parmesan
Paired with: 2024 Winemaker's Craft Riesling | 2023 Winemaker's Craft 'Pump Shed' Chardonnay

Second Course
Escargot façon La Boucherie - Garlic herb butter, fried garlic crumb and crouton
Paired with: 2022 Bluegrass Cabernet Shiraz | 2022 Bluegrass Cabernet Merlot

Third Course
Striploin served medium with sauce aux champignons
Paired with: 2022 Bluegrass Cabernet Sauvignon | 2017 Bluegrass Cabernet Sauvignon

Fourth Course
Orange Crème Brûlée - Rich vanilla custard topped with caramelised sugar and orange liqueur
Paired with: Saddler's Creek 2019 Botrytis Semillon

The Bluegrass Collection is what we're most proud of at Saddler's Creek. These wines showcase what the Sadder's Creek does best, and you'll get to taste how they develop over time by trying both newer and older vintages.

La Boucherie is a cosy French brasserie right in Baulkham Hills. They focus on authentic French cooking using quality local ingredients, and their warm, friendly atmosphere makes it the perfect spot for our wine dinner.

We're keeping numbers limited to make sure everyone has a great experience, so booking ahead is essential.
