The Winemakers Pick is the tasting that changes with the seasons. Six wines our winemakers want you to taste right now, poured and guided by our team, seated in the Wine Garden. It is the one to book if you lean to lighter styles, or if you are curious and want to taste something you have never had before.

Now pouring: the Single Suitcase Series, 1 October 2026 to mid January 2027

Saddlers is owned by the Laureti family whose parents came out from Italy in the 1950s with a single suitcase and a handful of dreams. These wines are named after their pioneering and adventurous spirit. Today, we are crafting these Italian varietals, grown in various regions across Australia, where they thrive best, allowing each place to bring out their true character.
