Wine & Chill is a unique Saddler's Creek experience, an outdoor celebration of wine, food, and live music set against the stunning backdrop on the Hunter Valley. Relax in our wine garden and soak up the easy going atmosphere that makes Saddler's Creek so special. 

Enjoy a glass or bottle of our award winning wines, savour delicious eats, and unwind with friends and family to the sounds of live local music. We're child and pet friendly, with plenty of space to enjoy the good life, Hunter Valley style.

Bringing flavour to Wine & Chill is Mangia @ Saddlers, led by Venetian born Chef Mattia "Chiero" Secchiero. From our Airstream kitchen, Chef Chiero serves up authentic Italian dishes crafted with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients - from handmade panini and rustic antipasto to hearty pasta and seafood dishes. Each week, you'll find new, Italian inspired specials designed to pair beautifully with Saddler's wines and the relaxed Wine & Chill vibe. 

Wine & Chill is an alfresco experience and weather dependent. We have blankets and a fire pit for cooler days, though undercover seating can't always be guaranteed during peak times. Sorry, no BYO alcohol.
