Friday Sunsets at Saddler's Creek Wines

Friday Sunsets is a special edition of our Wine & Chill experience, designed to kickstart your Hunter Valley weekend in true Saddler's Creek style. Set in our outdoor wine garden, it's an evening of wine, eats, and live music surrounded by good company and vineyard views. 

Sip on a glass or bottle of our award winning wines or enjoy a local craft beer, while Mangia @ Saddler's serves up a relaxed, Italian inspired menu. Unwind to live local music as the sun sets, the perfect way to ease into the weekend. 

Live Music: 5:00pm - 8:00pm

Food: Mangia @ Saddler's (our Italian Airstream kitchen) open 5:00pm - 7:30pm

Bringing flavour to Wine & Chill is Mangia @ Saddlers, led by Venetian born Chef Mattia "Chiero" Secchiero. From our Airstream kitchen, Chef Chiero serves up authentic Italian dishes crafted with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients - from handmade panini and rustic antipasto to hearty pasta and seafood dishes. Each week, you'll find new, Italian inspired specials designed to pair beautifully with Saddler's wines and the relaxed Wine & Chill vibe. 

Please note: Wine & Chill does not include a wine tasting. Our guided Premium wine tastings are available to book up until 3:30pm.

Wine & Chill is an alfresco experience and weather dependent. We have blankets and a fire pit for cooler days, though undercover seating can't always be guaranteed during peak times. Sorry, no BYO alcohol.
