Chef Jonathan Heath will be conducting a hands-on demonstration/cooking class with you to learn the art of gnocchi making. Your day will start with welcome bubbles on arrival and time to get to know who is in your class. Jonathan will have your work stations all prepped and ready to go and will then go through mixing the ingredients, rolling and cutting. Whilst Jonathan takes your masterpieces away to prepare a beautiful lunch you will indulge in a gorgeous antipasto plate.
Our renowned wine expert, Scotty will be hosting you and guiding you through our Alessandro Reserve range with a Chardonnay to start with your antipasto. Next, two Shiraz varietals from different regions and a Cabernet Sauvignon, paired with the mouth-watering gnocchi you created. To finish, a delicious dessert matched with our rare muscat.
During this unforgettable experience, you'll discover the secrets of different winemaking techniques used to bring out the best in the same grape varietal from different locations across the Valley. You'll also learn how each wine pairs uniquely with a different flavour profile.
