Join the Saddler's team at Carlotta in Canberra - the latest culinary venture from renowned restaurateur Chris Lucas (of CHIN CHIN fame), to bring you a vibrant Mediterranean dining experience. 

This evening is designed to celebrate the warm hospitality and rich flavours of the Mediterranean paired to Saddler's Creek Wines, which are crafted with high intention, sincere effort, and driven by a desire to continuously improve and ignite conversation.

The menu, crafted by Lucas and Head of Culinary Mark Glenn, featuring an array of dishes designed for comfort and satisfaction, including handmade pasta, antipasti, and meats cooked over coals, all complemented by a custom wood-fired oven from Naples. 

The team from Saddler's Creek, will be on hand to share the insider stories behind each wine and insights on how each wine is carefully handcrafted for your enjoyment.
