The ExperienceThis dinner celebrates the warm hospitality and rich flavours of the Mediterranean, perfectly paired with Saddler's Creek Wines. Our wines are crafted with passion and precision, aiming to spark conversation and delight with every sip.
The MenuCrafted by Chris Lucas and Head of Culinary Mark Glenn, the menu features:
Antipasti: Rosemary & sea salt focaccia, stracciatella with cucumber and dill, San Daniele prosciutto with buffalo mozzarella, and kingfish crudo with capers & fennel
Pasta (50/50 split): Crab linguine with lobster oil and chilli, and mafaldine with slow-cooked beef ragu
Secondi: Rib-eye on the bone
Sides: Braised green peas with jamon, potato al forno with herb butter and reggiano, and shredded cabbage salad with peas and pecorino
Dolci: Tiramisu Carlotta
All dishes are prepared using Carlotta's custom wood-fired oven from Naples, ensuring authentic Mediterranean flavours.
