Please include ALL people that will be with you for the tasting. This includes children and non tasters. This allows us to allocate the appropriate seating for you.

We invite you to taste the current release alongside their Cellar Released matured versions. Known as Vertical tasting, you will sample Australia’s most adored red varieties from Saddler's most Iconic range of wines

The Bluegrass Collection is crafted for longevity. Upon release, it boasts bold and vibrant black fruit flavours that are balanced by firm tannins, giving the wine a powerful full bodied structure.

Seating is available under our verandah, pergola, decking and lawn areas and is subject to availability. Club Equus Members can book either the Bluegrass Member's Lounge or Member's Lawn (See member bookings).

There is something for everyone with Kids Tasting Paddles (to book, add in EXTRA on next page) available for our junior visitors and we are pet friendly.
